Please Read Full Policy ! Upon cancellation or rescheduling if not 48hrs before appointment, deposit is forfeited. Please notify within atleast 48hrs in advance to cancel & or reschedule an appointment. If cancellation is within same day of appointment a 50% of service will be charged and deposit forfeited, this does not give me time to find another client to fill in spot. If appointment is a no-show 100% of service will be charged. Please communicate with me a message goes a long way. I understand life happens but please plan accordingly. PLEASE RESPECT MY TIME. Late arrivals past 10min will AUTOMATICALLY be cancelled & or a $15 fee if I still agree to see you, if not a new deposit will be required to re-schedule. Please note you must be inside before the 10min mark. Be On Time Please :) If medical questionare, policies, and waivers (for business and owner protection) are not signed 24 hrs prior appointment = appointment is automatically cancelled = late cancellation fee. I can’t offer any client service if these are not signed and they take 24hrs to stay fully registered on my system. If purchasing a package, & an appointment is a no show or last minute cancelation (24hrs before or less) it will still count as one and appointment will be lost. Deposits are non refundable !
